Dingke Machinery specializes in CNC lathes, turning centers, drilling-tapping centers, machining centers, and intelligent automated turning solutions. As a leading supplier of machine tools and components, the company has built a strong industry presence and earned a solid reputation across sectors including machinery manufacturing, mold and die, communications, hardware, electronics, new energy, automotive parts, security systems, intelligent equipment, and aerospace.

2007

Dream/ Startup

Adhering to the original dream that industry can revitalize the country and shortage is demand, the company was founded. It was originally named JieKe Automation Equipment Factory. It mainly carried out research and development, manufacturing automation equipment and supporting equipment for various assembly and automation demand factories in the surrounding areas of Ningbo.

2011-2015

Explore/Discovery

After four years of hard work and growth, the company was officially renamed "Dingke Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd." and created the "CDK" registered trademark. A business sales team was established to actively expand the market. The company's official website and online marketing platform were established. The market was promoted throughout the country through exhibitions. Since then, the company has developed into a one-stop service integrating design and development, manufacturing and sales services, and cooperated with various domestic and foreign brands of similar equipment.

2016-2017

Accumulation/Growth

We carefully built the marketing, manufacturing and technical teams, worked hard in the industry, and actively expanded our production capacity through specialized division of labor, teamwork and the promotion of standardization in non-standard machines. Through innovation, learning and continuous improvement, we have identified four major mainstream areas: rotary machines, T-shaped machines, ratchet machines, and slide machines with drilling and tapping as the main products. Through targeted marketing, we have successfully positioned and achieved market penetration in industries such as electronic hardware, aviation plugs, bathroom hardware, building hardware, lamp housings, bicycle main parts, and die casting to achieve quantitative production. At the same time, we expanded our overseas market by introducing Alibaba's foreign trade platform.

2018-2019

Cultivation/Implementation

We vigorously expanded our foreign trade market and increased investment. We obtained CE and SGS product certifications, received six patents, and achieved an average annual 25% growth in performance and production capacity. Our new subsidiary, Ningbo Guankeding CNC Technology Co., Ltd., officially commenced operations. Simultaneously, we integrated our supply chain upstream and downstream, enhancing our processing and supporting capabilities while abandoning non-specialized modules. This strategic integration of insufficient resources and shortcomings extended the length and scale of our supply chain.

2020-2025

Wild Growth

The company passed the 1S09001:2015 system certification and introduced the ERP system management software. The company officially moved towards standardization, normalization and institutionalization. At the same time, the company invested in Alibaba dual-platform operations and diversified network marketing models such as Douyin, AliExpress, and multiple trust channels. In September of the same year, the company moved into a new factory, innovated hardware to enhance the corporate image, and started the Jinpincheng enterprise and on-site certification. In that year, the company made great efforts in domestic and foreign trade, accumulated strength and achieved rapid growth in annual output value.In 2023, the company passed the certification of high-tech enterprise, and in 2024, the company moved into the foreign trade office building.
